Monday – Cartersville/Etowah (2nd & 4th Mondays)

  • Starting September 22, 2025
  • Time/Schedule: Second & Fourth Mondays of the Month
    • 6:30 – 7:30pm, Beginner to intermediate level dancing
    • 7:30 – 8:45pm, Intermediate to advanced level dancing
  • Cost: $4 per class for dancers over 18

Sunday – Sandy Springs

  • Information
    • Sessions are designed for those who have never danced. First class will introduce the basics and then each class builds on the last class. There will be a total of 8 to 10 classes per session, meeting twice a month for 4 to 5 months.
    • The Walk Scottish Together Class will focus on formations and music, but not steps. We will be walking dances. This is designed for those who find dancing to be too high impact or have knee, ankle, hip or foot problems but still want to enjoy learning new dances or formations.
    • $5 /class for adults, students are free.

The Atlanta Branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society teaches Scottish Country Dancing using the RSCDS standard techniques and terminology. RSCDS’ goal for anyone is able to dance at local groups and RSCDS Branches almost anywhere in the world!
