The Atlanta Branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society was formed in 1976 by teachers Ted and Marilyn Blaschke. Quickly attracting social country dancers from the Atlanta area and southeast United States, the Atlanta Branch became a hub due to its convenient location and active membership. To celebrate 40 years in Atlanta, the branch produced a book of dances – learn more about our book!
